In the afternoon of International Women's Day, HosannaWind held a "Practical Family Health Care Workshop" at The Well. Over the course of two and a half hours, participants were amazed by the herbal miracle of moringa . In a fragrant classroom, they learned how to utilize the nutritional and aromatic healing effects of moringa and essential oil to relieve stress, allergies, and pain for themselves and their friends, experiencing deep relaxation and health benefits. Participants also practiced massage techniques on each other, and everyone left excited, praising the course as fun, practical, and filled with knowledge, while planning to return for future workshops.

In the Indian traditional system of medicine, drumstick is generally used as a healing herb to treat diabetes.
Therefore, the purpose of the study was to validate the antidiabetic property of Moringa oleifera fruits scientifically, to develop it as a complementary and alternative medicine for managing type 2 diabetes with minimal or no side effects.
A double-blind research done in 2000 has proven that Moringa Leaf can significantly increase the breastmilk supply of postpartum mother.
For the first two days postpartum, mothers were asked to pump breastmilk.
On the third day, researchers started to give mothers Moringa Leaf Capsule or Flour Capsule randomly.
Breastmilk were measured on Day 3, Day 4 and Day 5.
Results indicated that, mothers given Moringa Leaf has 66.5% breastmilk volume increase from Day 3 to Day 4, and 180.2% from Day 3 to Day 5. However, mothers in control group (flour was given instead of Moringa Leaf), breastmilk volume only increased 47.7% from Day 3 to Day 4, and stopped increase on Day 5.
