Within Hong Kong (local deliveries)

1. We provide free delivery service for any purchase of HK$500 (net) or over (shopping cart value after discounts and promotions)

2. HosannaWind uses Standard Express Service provided by SF Express to deliver your order to a pre-designated SF Express Service Point within Hong Kong for orders less than HK$500 (net), delivery fees are charged on a cost recovery basis according to the standard rates as stipulated by SF Express. (see http://www.sf-express.com).

• Local deliveries by SF Express Standard Express Service take 1-3 working days in general. Standard rate for orders weigh 1kg or less is HK$40, the exact charge of which is calculated based on the current rates as set out by SF Express.

• Shipments to a residential address within Hong Kong are subject to a HK$25 surcharge and those to a residential address in remote areas (such as Tung Chung and outlying islands) will be HK$35. Surcharge is payable at residential address upon delivery.

• For Standard Express Service at HK$40 or lower, no prior notice of the fee will be given. 

3. Customers selecting self-pick-up service can pre-designate collection point.

 

Outside of Hong Kong (overseas deliveries)

For orders outside of Hong Kong, international delivery charge applies. We will provide you with a quote before processing delivery.
